CERC Directory

This directory allows you to search on executive recruitment consultants who have satisfied CERC certification criteria. All CERCs must adhere to the ECSSA-CERC Code of Practice. This means that they are serious about:

• standards
• operating ethically
• being well informed
• accountability

As a candidate or client you can expect to be treated professionally, fairly and equitably by each consultant listed and just in case, the national ECSSA-CERC members operate a complaints procedure to ensure you receive a good performance.
